The unique location overlooking the meadow and access to the lake is absolutely memorable. Swimming, paddle boarding and boating on the Kagerplassen and enjoy the water-rich environment from this sustainable, new and luxurious wooden tiny house. Fully equipped including air conditioning and egg BBQ. Centrally located in the polder on the water, near the beach in Noordwijk (9 km), the kitchen courtyard (25 minutes)and cities such as Amsterdam (20 minutes), The Hague (20 minutes) and Leiden (10 minutes) are close by. Centrally located.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

The bungalow is located on a private park, in the middle of the meadows, just outside Leiden. From the park there are several hiking and cycling routes through the meadows along mills and water. North Sea beach Katwijk in 20 minutes. The Hague, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Delft, Gouda are a 30-minute drive away. The marina connects to the water sports area Kagerplassen. Guests can use our 2-person canoe ride. Sailing and motorboats are available for rent in the area.
