Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Only 8 minutes (by car) to Montabaur, 30 minutes to Limburg or Koblenz. You can also start in nature immediately from here, whether hiking, cycling or motorcycling. As riders and motorcyclists, we are happy to give you tips. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked weatherproof. 4 guests maximum

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
