You can reach the North Sea resorts and island ferries in 25 minutes. The place offers a 27 hole golf course , flower hall with adventure golf and moor colonate, tennis courts , indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool on the Ottermeer, a moor pool with sandy beach and playground. The start for cycling tours through East Frisia is a good idea. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.

Idyllic, quiet and rural, our farm is in a wonderful secluded location in beautiful Friesland. The apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of the house with direct access to the horse stable. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. If you want to bring your horse, this is also a possibility. A riding arena and an indoor riding arena are available. On the farm there are horses, cows, 2 dogs, chickens, geese and 2 people :)

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

The house has a long history - first serving as a moped workshop in the 40s, later as a stationery/school supply store, and finally as a branch of a bank. Now, we've brought it back to life and look forward to guests who want to enjoy a few relaxing days here.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
