Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Otter Tail County

Great rental for our extended family. Loved the hot tub, large tv, large kitchen - plenty of room for us to spread out.

The place was fantastic for sleeping arrangements for a large group. The only disappointing thing was the chairs around the tables and out on the patio advertised in pictures were not there or not available for use. It was difficult for all 13 of us to enjoy a fire together as there were only 4 chairs able to be used. It was also impossible for all of us to sit for a meal together as there are only 9 stools around the island. We were banking on the chairs in the garage for food and games, so just needed to adjust. Found out they are only available for the crafting groups, so be prepared with your own camping chairs for the fire! Otherwise the place is wonderful and has everything you need! Jenifer was a very accommodating and responsive host. She let us stay a bit late as we were on motorcycles waiting out the weather. SUPER thankful for her flexibility!

Great overall. Only complaint was an underground bees nest that stung one of us and the dog. Texted manager & she didn’t offer to come spray. We had to go to hardware store and buy spray ourselves. Also gas tank for grills ran out. Manager hesitantly offered to get some but said we could about 10 miles down the road. Paid out of pocket for these things.

The home was full of fun older home character, but with bright, clean rooms. There was plenty of room to separate with the two porches and screened in gazebo, but we were able to all fit around the large table for food and games. The kitchen has a nice serving counter and we appreciated the provided serving dishes and large fridge since we brought our own food. Two highlights were the short walk down the hill to the Prospect House Civil War Museum and walking along the paved lake path. My sister appreciated being able to bring her dog along, too. Regarding the no cleaning requirements, my son could hardly believe that we didn't have to do all the cleaning work before we left. What a treat! The house also has just about anything you need to feel at home: baby carrier, fishing poles, beach towels, extra toiletries, fans, etc. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family had the best time staying at this Airbnb! It was exactly as the pictures showed and I thought the kitchen island was bigger than expected! The kids loved playing outside, the playset was a huge hit! We loved the convince of the lake and the view is beautiful! The kids also loved all of the games/toys that had available at the house, since it was still a bit cold in the mornings! We would love to stay in this house again!

Great place to stay for a few days! The beds and couch were super comfy. I also appreciates the water filter pitcher that was in the fridge. Our host was informative and very accommodating. Would visit again!

This house is absolutely incredible to see in person, and I feel so fortunate to have been able to stay in an historic home! Mary was a very-responsive host, checking in to see if anything was needed plus providing helpful instructions for my stay. I can't wait to stay here again in the future! You will not be disappointed in this home; it is even more beautiful and impressive than the pictures reflect, and I felt right at home. We had an amazing stay at the Cozy Colfax House! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. From the well-stocked kitchen to the comfy beds and thoughtful touches throughout, it was clear a lot of care went into making this place feel like home. Kyle was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. We stayed at Bee & Paul's place in Fergus Falls for four nights. We really enjoyed ourselves. (Except for the weather, which was awful!) Though the house is old, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. It's easy to find -- in a quiet neighborhood close to this small town's downtown. We had breakfast every morning at the Viking Cafe (highly recommend!) and found a couple of good restaurants for dinner.

Great place and we will definitely return in the future. Trisha & Chris are kind and very hospitable. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Beautiful, peaceful location but just a short drive into town. We look forward to our next visit!

I have stayed at Bee and Paul's place (both upstairs and down) five times this year, and each time has been incredible. Both places are comfortable, clean, welcoming and filled with everything you might need and then some! I love this house and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fergus Falls. Everybody is incredibly responsive, it's easy to check in and out, and the neighborhood is among my favorite places to walk. Just can't say enough about this house and these hosts!

Bee and Paul’s was very beautiful to stay at. The scenery was amazing and the hot tub was perfect for the night we utilized it. They had very great communication and Paul was really helpful with every question we asked. We went there for a bachelorette party and their recommendation list provided was a great guide to local restaurants. Location was great as it was private yet a larger town was only 15 mins away in case we needed anything. Thank you for having us!
