Holiday rentals with lake access in Otter Tail County

Nice space and great host. Just didn’t luck out with good weather so didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities. Would stay again!

We traveled to Dent for a sibling and spouse reunion. There were 15 adults and 1 child. There was more than enough room for our group. One bedroom went unused. There was lots of seating inside and out. No need to bring lawn chairs. We ate every meal at the house. It had all the kitchen gear needed to cook, bake and grill. We rented their pontoon and used it frequently for leisurely rides around Silent Lake and for fishing. It was mid-September, so we were often the only boat on the lake. There we several float items in the garage which we didn't use but were available to us. We grocery shopped at the Perham Central Market 22 min from the home. We reached out to the host once during our stay with a question and they responded quickly. Family was all in agreement that we would go back. Great central location for my family that came from Montana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Nebraska. There are more good things I would say but feedback space is limited. I would recommend this home.

Great lake. Water is as clear as the photos show. The beach area was great for the kids. Very private feel to the place. Excellent outdoor seating- a great place to gather. Beds were comfortable. Adequate supplies provided. Emily had excellent communication throughout the entire process. We had a great vacation!

Great overall. Only complaint was an underground bees nest that stung one of us and the dog. Texted manager & she didn’t offer to come spray. We had to go to hardware store and buy spray ourselves. Also gas tank for grills ran out. Manager hesitantly offered to get some but said we could about 10 miles down the road. Paid out of pocket for these things.

We stayed in this beautifully done new home for the weekend and hosted family dinner one evening. It was cozy and lovely environment especially with the fire place. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve our family, plus plenty of coffee! I loved the open floor plan and high ceilings! Would love to come back in the fall or summer and enjoy the screened in patio with extra dinning and seating space. Would stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Place was great and had everything we needed! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Thank you for letting us into your home! One thing I noticed is the discrepancy on the check in time. When I booked the reservation it said 3pm however I believe the actual time was 4pm. Denise was very communicative regarding this and we worked out the details.

What a great property! We needed a place to stay for a family wedding that was dog friendly. This place was perfect in every way. This property was very clean and nicely decorated. It has a very welcoming feel and super cozy. It contains everything you need to include a huge refrigerator! Even though we did not use the adjacent guest house it allows for additional space with added privacy as it is completely separate from them main house. The yard is huge with lots of well-maintained trees and landscaping! Even though the lake was frozen while we were there, this house is so close to the water and has the most amazing deck that faces out over the water where you can sit and gaze upon the beautiful lake. We would definitely come back and rent again during the summer to take advantage of the outside amenities.

very beautiful location right on the lake. easy check in and good communication from the host. launching your own boat is a bit tricky, but we got it done. really enjoyed the stay

My second stay with Bee&Paul. l enjoy my stay at this adorable house. It is walking distance to so many things quaint Fergus Falls has to offer us touristy people. I didn't get through all the quaint coffee shops but there's another chance to come back. Lake Alice is beautiful. My girls enjoyed their stay and settled right in. The bed was heavenly with beautiful linens. This Airbnb is well furnished with everything you could need. Come and visit Fergus Falls and stay and play. Such a great town. Thanks for hosting us!

Great place and we will definitely return in the future. Trisha & Chris are kind and very hospitable. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Beautiful, peaceful location but just a short drive into town. We look forward to our next visit!

I have stayed at Bee and Paul's place (both upstairs and down) five times this year, and each time has been incredible. Both places are comfortable, clean, welcoming and filled with everything you might need and then some! I love this house and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fergus Falls. Everybody is incredibly responsive, it's easy to check in and out, and the neighborhood is among my favorite places to walk. Just can't say enough about this house and these hosts!

Bee and Paul’s was very beautiful to stay at. The scenery was amazing and the hot tub was perfect for the night we utilized it. They had very great communication and Paul was really helpful with every question we asked. We went there for a bachelorette party and their recommendation list provided was a great guide to local restaurants. Location was great as it was private yet a larger town was only 15 mins away in case we needed anything. Thank you for having us!

I've been coming to Spitzer to fish for a few years, and let me tell you this property is beautiful! If you're coming to take a fishing trip, this could be right up your alley. 10 mins from the launch and the sunrises and sunsets were great! We ended up switching to a cabin, and Amy and her team handled it with ease. They were very easy to communicate with if you needed anything. Don't hesitate to book here!

We loved staying in one of the cottages. Very clean and comfortable. We lucked out that things weren't very busy the weekend we visited so it was incredibly quiet. Even on a busier weekend, it still would be a great place, lots of space to explore. The beach was very nice with paddle boats, paddle boards and kayaks up for grabs. Amy and Tim were excellent hosts and quick to respond to questions. The cottage had a larger-than-average mini fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee pot. We did assume that it would have well water (which is perfectly fine to drink, but an acquired taste) so we brought a 5 gallon jug for drinking water, just an fyi. We will definitely be visiting again!

We could not have loved the cottage more, it was perfect for our family! The lake is clear and clean and the house is just as described with lots of character. I hope we will be back!

It was a great 3 bedroom cabin. Close to State Park and town with great restaurants. Spent one day in Fergus Falls with lots of fun shopping and places to eat. The beach was very rocky at the cabin, so make sure and bring water shoes.

This use to be a summer camp that they've purposed into the airbnb, so there's lots of space. I was the only person staying on the property while I was there and it was great for a secluded retreat to think. I loved how isolated it was and peaceful.

We were greeted at the facility by a warm friendly couple who made us feel right at home. Nothing fancy here, just a clean comfortable private room in the middle of a peninsula surrounded by a landscape you sort of hope heaven is all about.
