Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, these are free of charge.

Our beautiful apartment offers everything for a successful holiday in Saxony. The central location allows you a varied stay. You can reach Dresden in just 20 minutes, Moritzburg Castle in 15 minutes, Saxon Switzerland in 45 minutes and Meissen in 30 minutes. The Erzgebirge, the Spreewald and the Upper Lusatia are about 60 minutes. Shopping facilities can be found in the village. Business travelers enjoy a relaxed and restful evening in our apartment.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters! If you have any questions, queries or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us personally. We live on the same property. Our front door is under the rear balcony.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :).

The Tuscan country-style villa is located in the beautiful, idyllic Weißer Hirsch neighborhood. The widow Helene Lachnit, the wife of the artist Max Lachnit, once lived here. Each room will enchant you with pictures of the Lachnits.
