A site with a ‘lost place’ charm, where nature and new life come together. A swimming lake is within walking distance, and Dresden city centre is just a stone’s throw away – city by day, forest by night.

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is very bright and friendly through two windows. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters!
