Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

For the greatest nature experience, you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the lush canals just around the corner. 10 minutes from the shopping center.

Close to the beach in summer and close to the ski slope in winter. This idyllic wooden house is located between the small villages of Köla and Bålstad, located on the river Kölaälven. The Hugn and Ränken lakes are 200 meters away, where there is also a seaside resort with sandy beach. Unobtrusive and large cottage with panoramic views of the lake Ränken and private “shoreline”." Newly built and cozy 2 storey house/ cottage completed in 2013 - with 3 bedrooms, large dining room, separate kitchen, fireplace and large terrace, jetty Summer/Spring/Autumn is great for those who want to swim, fish, row, exercise, shop, pick mushrooms and berries, grill etc. The area is planned, and is easily accessible with nice activity/swimming opportunities for small and large.

Charming and cozy country house, where you can live all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forest, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle places. The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and mysterious forests, you found the right place.

Guesthouse with kitchen

Welcome to live in your own little cottage with a small place to sit outside in a secluded spot in our garden. (We sometimes walk past as the bicycle storage is next door.) The cottage is located on a quiet leafy street with a five minute walk to the center and train station. The cottage is cozy and well equipped but older as are the appliances and the water heater is a smaller model which is why we keep the price low. There is a sofa bed for two and a bedarmchair.

In the nearby area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a ride on any snowmobile trail.
