Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ottavia

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

I almost don’t want to rave too much about this place because I want it to be available when I book it again. It’s that amazing! Iacopo is probably the best and nicest host I’ve ever met. He’s a sincere and generous hearted person who also believes in A+ hospitality. This place is in the southern part of Trastevere but the transport system (SO easy to use) gets u into town so quickly. Rome is over-touristed these days but a place like this lets you get away from the hordes. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved this apartment! It's pleasant and stylishly furnished and was perfect for my husband and me to explore the area, which is walking distance to the Vatican and surrounded by the many shops, restaurants and gelaterie of Rome. Giorgio was communicative and informative and attentive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend!

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate and book now! Thank you, Lio, for a wonderful stay!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Nicola's home was great! It was a perfect spot for me and my husband and all the activities we did! Seeing the Vatican at night is so beautiful and being so close it was easy to walk back and forth to see it! Also having the supermarket and restaurants downstairs made everything convenient! I hope to come back and will definitely be staying in this home again!!

La casa di Simonetta è molto accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, dove comunque c’è un piccolo centro commerciale e la fermata dell’autobus. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo Airbnb ☺️

Un grand merci à Elvin et son amie pour leur accueil exceptionnel ! Ce sont des hôtes adorables, attentionnés! Elvin d’avantage, c’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous, il nous as énormément facilité la tâche sur beaucoup de chose, et toujours disponibles si besoin. On s’est sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est charmant, propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Une vraie belle rencontre et une adresse qu’on garde précieusement ! C’est sûr, nous reviendrons et cette fois ci avec notre fille ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. This was by far the best apartment we stayed in during our 2 week vacation in Italy and France. The apartment is HUGE... the photos don't actually show how much space you'll have in this amazing oasis in Rome! Air Conditioning worked well which was highly needed in the 95 degree heat in June. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals there. Location is also amazing. Short walk from the main train station where the high-speed trains stop. Also close to the metro (5 min walk) that we took to get to the Vatican and to other areas of Rome. Slightly longer but easy 12-15 min walk to the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants in the area and two grocery stores (one in each direction). Washer/Dryer were needed as we were nearing the end of the trip. Both worked well! Finally, the finishes throughout the apartment were really top notch. Well equipped bathrooms and the lighting design is really nice! Very stylish. Overall served our family of four well and we'd recommend

Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Le logement est parfait tres propre on dirait qu il vient d etre refait. Tout est vraiment nickel. La clim est efficace et silencieuse, L appartement est tres calme, dans un immeuble cosu. Super bien indique, bonne communication avec l hote. Apt a 2 min a pied du metro, ideal pour aller visiter Rome. Je vous conseille vivement cet appartement pres du vatican. 2 chambres dt l une avec salle de bain, l autre sdb est juste a cote de l autre chambre. 2 wc, chacun son intimite. Top top top !!!

Beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean apartment close to the Vatican, walkable in 10 mins and plenty of local buses. Daniela gave us a host of recommendations- we tried 3 of them and 100% agree they’re great places to eat - Mae for breakfast, Conviviale for dinner, both just across the road, and Mimi & Coco, hip and happening near Piazza Navone. So comfortable- we’d love to have stayed longer.
