This place was welcoming and cozy. The air conditioning units helped with the humidity and heat. Andrea was very kind and always willing to help. The location was nice and not far from Down town Rome and a few minutes walk to convenient stores and bus stops. I look forward to using this accommodation again.

Beautiful home exactly as described. Host Michela was very welcoming, communicative and responded to our messages within 10minutes all the time. Place is easy to find and a minute walk from the train station making it very easily accessible for all places to visit. Air conditioning worked great. We were very comfortable, felt safe and Michela also checked in with us daily. We will definitely return to this home and would 100% recommend it if you want somewhere lovely and comfortable that is not in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Rome.

Top apartment for 4 people, you are more than spacious and comfortable... quiet area, 2 bathrooms, simone and wife top... really nice, apartment equipped with coffee towels phone and every need. Ps: highly recommended for Unicusano graduates, 10/15 minutes on foot.

Very nice place to stay in Roma, not in the center but very easy to go there with the bus (about 40 min to 1 hour). Host was very easy going !

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

We feel at home, everything is very clean and impeccable! The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the bathroom, with everything you need to feel at home! Silvia is a very good host, friendly and always available! 100% recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying in the apartment only one night on the occasion of the internationals at the Italian forum. The house is cozy, with attention to every detail, comfortable and functional. The location is also convenient for us as with the bus stop a stone's throw away we reached the forum in a short time

We loved our stay in this property. Andrea was a superb host, welcomed us personally and provided lots of tips and information we found extremely useful to plan our weeklong stay in Rome. Andrea was so pleasant, attentive and always checking up on us if we needed something and would respond promptly. His property photos are true to the place and had everything we needed. Good location away from the crazy center Rome with many options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Easy for transportation too. Definitely recommend!

Very beautiful apartment with tastefull retro-furniture in nice, relaxed suburb with shops, restaurants and trees. Astonishing terrace, this makes it a wonderful relaxing area in bustling Rome. In the kitchen every is provided. The connections with public transport is too easy, it's all nearby. And the excellent spot-on assistance from Ilaria makes it all complete, you are lovely :-) A great location for exploring the city, wonderfull!!!

We spent five nights here in early June. The AirBnb was clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, but with some excellent local restaurants and cafes. It is also close to the Tiber, for those into long walks, jogs, or cycling trips. A short bus ride into the Centro Storico. Most importantly, Frederico was friendly, very responsive, and a great host! We would highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Rome, and would do so again ourselves.

Spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Furnished with excellent taste and functional to the best. Very convenient location for the A metro, so only 20 minutes from Termini station without changing lines. A nearby shopping centre and neighbourhood shops make the apartment suitable for every need.

This place was absolutely beautiful we were made to feel right at home. We had great links to the metro to pop into the centre of Rome with ease or to connect to other stations to go further afield. The flat is beautiful, the sunset every night was magical. It was great to have a place to get away from some of the crowds in Rome and then venture in when we were up for it. Andrea was probably the best host we have had, super attentive, was open to give really helpful recommendations and invite us to local events, and he filled the stay with bonus things like all of the stuff you need to make a pasta dinner on your arrival and some local prosecco it was just the best. Highly recommend, would be lucky to go back ourselves!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
