It was an accommodation that met the value for money. It had everything in a small space, had all the toiletries, and the cleanliness was very good. It was nice to have a convenience store, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market within 5-15 minutes on foot.

Ruu has been very friendly and caring; checking in with us during our stay to make sure that we were OK and had what we needed and even recommended a muslim-friendly cafe that opened nearby. The apartment looks exactly like the photos in the listing, is very clean and well-maintained, and stocked with basic cleaning supplies. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to come back again!

My family and I spent six unforgettable days in this charming flat, and it quickly became our home away from home. Nestled in the heart of Kobe, the location couldn’t have been more perfect—everything we needed was just steps away, from local eateries to cultural spots. The space itself exudes warmth and comfort, thoughtfully designed to make you feel instantly at ease. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the seamless check-in, reflected genuine care. We left with wonderful memories and every intention of returning the next time we're in Kobe. Highly recommended!

Hana’s space was perfect for our family holiday in Osaka. It slept 5 of us comfortably and the space had a portable cot for our 1 year old which was handy! The location was perfect as it was 1-2min walk to the train station and just around the corner of Dotonbori street for eats and shopping! Highly recommend this place for a family visiting Osaka.

Just as always, it was a great apartment to stay in our time in Osaka. Very close to multiple convenient stores and sooo close to two different train stations.

Fantastic and very accessible location in buzzing area of Gion and the wider Kyoto region with great views of the river yet quiet and relaxing. Hosts are wonderfully proactive, providing everything you need pre, during and post our stay. We loved the place and the hosts were outstanding. Good location, subway nearby, small commercial street, only it's close to the railway, a little noisy at night, it would be better if the tatami room had a curtain, a little bright in the morning.The host is very enthusiastic, and the facilities and equipment are very thoughtful, very suitable for children, and the space is relatively large, recommended!

A perfect spot for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We made a small mistake and forgot to return the key when checking out, so we ended up leaving it at Kyoto Station. Bella was very understanding and went out of her way to pick it up, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay in a serene location—highly recommend it if you're seeking calm and relaxation!

Amazing, our favourite place that we stayed in Japan. Yuya gave us a tour of the place and explained everything so well, nothing was an issue. If you want to stay in a cute and cosy Japanese house then stay here, you won’t regret it. Our only regret was that we only stayed two nights. Stay longer in Kyoto as opposed to Osaka

Close to the station, very clean and I had a very enjoyable time.It was in the shopping district, so I could spend the night without worrying about the children's noise. I thought that if the blinds on the skylight in the bedroom were closed tightly, or if the curtains on each bed were light-blocking, I could spend the morning a little more leisurely. They also provided water, which was helpful.

I used it for 3 days on a business trip.They allowed me to spend comfortably.The check-in process was simple and easy to understand.The surroundings were very quiet, and although there was a railway line nearby, I was not bothered by the noise at all.Thanks to you, I had a good stay.Thank you very much.

One of the nicest hosts we had in all of Japan. Hisano was very kind and very helpful in our exploration of Kyoto. The accomodation was delightful and the location was excellent. Definitely would recommend this place!

Nice apartment with 2 shower and bath rooms which are useful for bigger group. Responsive and flexible host. Convenient location within 3 to 3 mins walk to 2 nearby metro stations and a few convenient stores within 2 mins walk.

this is a perfect place for a family vacay. the host is warm. the place is super clean.

This is a property where a 1-year-old baby and 3 adults stayed together. The accommodation was much more spacious and well-organized than the photos, so it was pleasant. The tableware was well stocked by type, and there were plenty of towels, so there was nothing lacking. There was a convenience store right under the accommodation, so it was convenient, and Dotonbori, Namba, and Shinsaibashi were all close, so it was great for shopping and eating out. There is a taxi stop and subway station nearby, so transportation is convenient. The host responded immediately to the request, and there were items left behind from the previous accommodation, and it was a great help to be able to receive them by mail. I was so comfortable during my stay at Love Home that I was able to finish my trip pleasantly. I'll definitely visit on my next trip to Osaka!!
