Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

If you are looking for somewhere to relax & just enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic , there are not many places around where it literally feels like the sea is your backyard, My place is located in a quiet part of Bibinje, walking distance to most amenities & restaurants in Bibinje. Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.

The apartment is located on the highest floor of a family house. It's spacious, it has a lot of light. Ideal for two or for a family with children. Walk to the nearest beach takes 20 minutes (2 Kilometers). The old town is 3 kilometers (30 minutes walk). By car drive to the old town in 10 minutes.
