It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Sunny, spacious and warm with vibrant colour inside and out, Sunset Beach House has a mix of vintage and modern furnishings, and everything you could wish for, for a holiday or getaway at Otaki's beautiful beach. Fully equipped with four spacious bedrooms on a quarter acre section, there's plenty of room to spread out and relax. A house for all seasons, enjoy leisurely beach walks, sun, surf and sand in the Summer, or cosy up by the fire in Winter and take in the snow on the beautiful Tararuas.

Luxury at the Beach

A modern two story home only 200 meters walk to the beach. Two large living areas are on the entry level along with a generous kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare dinner including a well stocked pantry which you can use. There is a small bathroom on this level. All the bedrooms plus a large bathroom are downstairs - the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Just 15 minutes walk down the beach to the cafe's and bars plus a mini supermarket.

A sunny and secluded beach cottage overlooking Waimanu lagoon with views to the Tarurua Ranges inland. A short walk will take you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. Accommodation includes a twin room downstairs next to the bathroom, queen bedroom on the mezzanine and another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back.
