The location was perfect for our stay. Sonya let us know that the apartment was ready for us earlier than the ti.e we were told. Sonya offered to turn on the heat pump before we arrived . The apartment was homely and we lived our stay . We certainly will be telling others about our stay. We will be back for another visit and certainly will be keen on staying here again. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was homely.

Beautiful house in a great location with plenty of rooms for a party of six people. Suzie was responsive to all our requests and queries; she was an excellent host.

We had the most incredible stay. The house was lovely, comfortable and offered planets of activities, games, and the amount of equipment and amenities felt like home away from home. It was warm and the view was amazing. We will be back for sure! Hosts were fast and clear with all communications. Highly recommend!

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in!Not even one!The house is large and fully set up, especially the kitchen and living room, you can cook happily in the kitchen, you can watch big TV in the living room with friends.

We had an awesome stay at Monica’s place. The apartment was super comfortable, really nicely finished, and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, which was a lifesaver partway through our trip. The kitchen was well set up, the bed was cosy, and it all just felt easy. It’s a bit out of the centre, but still walkable, and we actually liked being slightly tucked away. Plus, having a gym and a brewery next door was a pretty solid bonus. Monica was really responsive and made check-in seamless. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming through Wanaka.

The house is well set up for a family or two couples. Having three bathrooms is a bonus. The house was so warm and was easy to keep warm. Lots of wood for the fire but easy options of reverse cycle air and wall heaters. Great kitchen and outlook. Lots of seating. Lovely view

We enjoyed staying in Ruth's house. There was plenty of room for five people and the views are amazing. We especially enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets. The house was clean and the beds and soft chairs comfortable. There are lots of stairs as the house is on four levels - and its a steep walk up from the town centre - so best suited to people who are physically active! Thank you Ruth!

The host is friendly and friendly.Sadly, there was no washing machine.The environment outside the window is very good, it is worth recommending!

We had a wonderful family holiday by the beach in Karitane and the house was great - perfect being so close to the beach and so cosy in the evenings by the fire - thanks so much Becs!

This was a great place for a visit to Queenstown - great space with amazing views and also a peaceful location. Stayed there with my family and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the facilities.

There is nothing bad to say about the property . It's gorgeous . Staying in a private owner's Airbnb and staying in one owned by a corporation. I found Theresa's communication snippy or non-existent . You have to click a few times to find the entry info on an attachment within an email . The "door code" is not a door code but a lock box code and you have to search a bit to find the lock box location. I mentioned needing help and received a less than pleasant response . I left some things at the property and asked about them but received no response. The service is professional but not personal.

I loved my stay here in Wanaka! The place was even more spacious than the photos. The hosts were accommodating and had wonderful recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area

Amanda and Lisa were extremely helpful and responsive to information requested. Lisa was amazing when my husband suffered a medical event and needed to be taken to hospital, ever so helpful and generous. We loved the apartment very well furnished and presented.

This is a building with 3 storeys with individual access via a common door and stairs. We had the ground floor. Location was good. Stay was comfy. Great for stargazing gazing. That was the first night stay. On our 2nd night new “neighbours” checked in. We were not spared with the noises and the stompings at night. The common door was also locked multiple times from the inside. I was fortunately able to get in from the laundry room since I’m on the ground floor. Not sure why the new neighbours did that as there was already a notice pasted right beside the lock “please do not lock this door”. Overall I think this is a great Airbnb to stay in, until met with inconsiderate guests who don’t know how to “share” a building.

Absolutely amazing stay. The views are incredible, and it was so peaceful. Close to the trail to go for walks or you can walk to the city. We had such a lovely time. Would definitely recommend for those staying in Queenstown.

We stayed a week as an extended family. The house was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was superbly equipped. The pantry was also well stocked with basics left by previous guests. The host provided an excellent set of instructions as a booklet a few days before we arrived, which we found very useful. On several occasions, we opted to walk down to Queenstown and back for the exercise. It took us about 30 minutes, and it’s a steep walk back up the hill! Alternatively, the centre of Queenstown is a five-minute drive. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated being up above the town in a quiet neighbourhood.

We had the most amazing time at the River House. The house is fantastic, perfect amenities and right on the river. Jo was a fantastic communicator so helpful with any questions we had and we greatly appreciated Ken ensuring we had enough firewood. We had a lovely time and we were so sad to leave. Thanks Jo and Ken for your amazing hospitality.
