Accommodates 6 people in total - 2 bedrooms, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Free Wifi. This is a strictly No Smoking Property. Please Note that although we have a kitchenette it is not a full kitchen for cooking evening meals, there is no laundry. We provide tea, coffee & milk but not breakfast.

The apartment is within the boundary of the main house however is completely stand alone and has it's own entrance. NOTE: There are steps to access apartment NO COOKING FACILITIES IN ROOM. NOTE: To gain access to the property thru gate, you need to be able to receive SMS messages and call within NZ Tea ,coffee making facilities only.

Desk for working at and large table for meetings or dining. It has everything you need and you can walk to octagon...see other things to note re parking. This is a luxury stay with tons of appeal.
