BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Kids can chill upstairs. Large covered south-facing terrace, second terrace to the lake side. Hair dryer and washing machine available, sauna with sea view. A laundry service on request for a fee.

Enjoy beautiful days in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. The sea is only about 450 m away. The apartment also has a terrace in the garden. In winter, from the balcony, you can see the water between the trees and relax after a walk on the beach in the infrared cabin. The city of Neustadt charges a tourist tax all year round. Bedding and towels can be booked. Construction work will be carried out nearby in 2025, triple glazing available.

Our bright and cozy 2-roomapartment invites you to linger on approx. 42 square meters. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Apartment Niendorf Hafen

The cozy apartment directly on the Niendorf harbor offers you and her family a great place to stay by the sea. Located on a former shipyard site, you can reach the beach in a few minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated in February 2025. With the well-equipped kitchen, you can feed yourself optimally. On request, a barrel sauna is available directly to the nearest beach at an extra cost (only in winter).

Holzhaus / Garden Cottage close to Baltic Sea

Garden cottage in idyllic garden, for couples or small families with 1-2 children. Wooden house, small but cosy. We try to avoid plastic and our living room is not dominated by a big TV (although a small one with standard satellite connection is available). Wireless internet access available. Best for people, seeking tranquility, time for reading books, breathing fresh air, star gazing, sitting around the fire place.

Tiny house surrounded by greenery

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
