Thatched cottage on a farm in the countryside

The house is very quiet (residual farm) at the end of a dead end road, surrounded by fields, small nature reserve, near the forest, 10 minutes by car to the beautiful natural beach. The house is simply equipped. Wood central heating (all rooms can be heated, no night storage). In the winter, it is an advantage to be familiar with stove heating. We live with our three children (13, 9 and 6 years old) in the house next door and are happy to be responsive; you can also retreat to your garden area, depending on your mood.

Here is a romantic retreat for those in need of peace and nature in the middle of the most beautiful landscape. The thatched cottage, built in the middle of the 19th century, it was owned by the Duke of Oldenburg until 25 years ago and is located on the edge of the Holstein Switzerland Nature Park on an idyllic property, surrounded by forest and a meadow. Neighbors are neither heard nor seen. The eastern boundary of the garden is bordered by a babbling brook. A play paradise for children.

An all-round lovingly renovated idyll on the Baltic Sea in a large natural garden. A real dream property - very quiet and yet only 100 meters from the village square in Warnsdorf. Pure country air and sea air around the corner: Five minutes' drive from the beach in Travemünde and the lovely fishing port in Niendorf. 15 minutes to Timmendorfer Strand - a small but fine unique place for nature lovers. The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature.
