Der kleine Bauwagen verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem seperaten Bad inklusive Dusche mit warmen Wasser. Auf der Außenterrasse kann man sein Frühstück genießen und abends am Lagerfeuer entspannen. Die Umgebung ist vor allem bei Fahrradfahrern, Kanuten und Wanderern sehr beliebt.

The 2-room apartment can accommodate ideally 2 adults and 2 children. If necessary, the 5th person can lie down on the cozy couch in the living room. Private small shower with toilet. There is everything you need for everyday needs in the apartment such as hairdryer, ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, radio/CD player, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishes and cutlery as well as a balcony and much more. The small construction trailer oasis is really small and charming-rustic, but offers everything you need in the smallest space with a terrace and above all: peace and nature. 30 km from Bremen, 3.5 km from Oldenbüttel train station and 3.5 km from Hambergen (various shopping opportunities), this mini oasis is located on the edge of a small weekend house settlement. It looks far away, but it's not at all thanks to good connections and some nice neighbors.

The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa in the park surrounded by large old trees. A unique oasis to unwind, for children to play, to work or to paint in the studio next door. A painting class can also be attended upon request. Bremen, Worpswede, the Teufelsmoor, the Hamme and the Ohlenstädter Quellseen are within easy reach from here. Shopping facilities can be reached in about 2 minutes. Free parking is available on the property.

There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city.
