A small, bright and friendly semi-detached house in a simple, Nordic style with its own entrance and green terrace for your own use awaits you. And this in the middle of Soltau, in the beautiful Lüneburg Heath. The apartment was refurbished and renovated at the end of 2018. From here, excursions to Heide Park, the Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, the Designer Outlet, the city center and much more are possible! From here, well-known amusement parks such as Heide Park - Soltau, Serengeti - Park Hodenhagen or the World Bird - Park Walsrode can be reached quickly and easily by car. The cities of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen are easily accessible by car, but also by train. The heart of our Lüneburg Heath is the beautiful old town of Lüneburg and is always worth a visit.

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

Domicile for relaxation

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is about 3 km away from Walsrode. This includes the world's largest bird park. We are in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. This has many opportunities for recreation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn includes, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also only 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside.

Bath and hand towels and a hairdryer are provided. Shopping is sufficiently available in nearby Bergen.

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.

The apartment is quiet. You can reach hiking trails, Nordic walking or jogging routes or the outdoor swimming pool within minutes. The lovingly furnished apartment offers space for 3 people and invites you to feel good. The Lieth forest starts after about 2 minutes walk. Shopping facilities and the tourist information office are within walking distance.
