In our house, the west school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest section that we are happy to rent to you. The guest part has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island of Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns yet in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. In an extension (building year 2015) in my villa in central Lund I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor with separate entrance and patio door towards a lovely garden. This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
