The small house in the monastery quarter of Irsee. Cozy, rustic and right on the pulse of the action. In the immediate vicinity of the Irsee monastery and the monastery brewery. The small house was built around 1800 and belongs to the former monastery mill. It used to be a bakery. In Irsee you will find a monastery, brewery, restaurants, beer gardens, playground, brewery museum, supermarket, bakery, organic market, bus stop, ATM, e-car charging stations, a swimming lake and much more within walking distance...

Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear guests, Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about 5 minutes' walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking space, a terrace with garden and magnificent mountain views. It can be rented in the low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost to September 15th 15 and Christmas until January January) for at least 6 nights. Tourist tax must be paid in cash on site upon arrival. I am very excited to welcome you here :))

The fresh renovated holiday apartment is centrally located in the town of Farchant, 4km from the center of Garmisch. The train station, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Various hiking opportunities, cycling tours and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Garmisch Classic & Zugspitze ski areas can be reached by car, bus or train. Guests of Lenz holiday apartment receive a 20% discount on ski rental at Sprenzel ski school in Garmisch.

Charming summer house in nature

The small former washhouse of an old farmhouse from 1716 invites all those who love the Allgäu to enjoy the wonderful nature. The popular Iller cycle path is only a few hundred meters away. The newly renovated wooden house can accommodate 1-2 people. It consists of a small bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating. Enjoy the beautiful evening sun on the wooden veranda in the neighborhood of a carp and frog pond.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the idyllic village of Urlau! This spacious 48 square meter apartment can accommodate two adults and one child, ideal for a relaxing break in the picturesque region of the Allgäu. The location on the edge of the village of Urlau allows you to enjoy the tranquility and nature. At the same time, the amenities of Leutkirch are only an 8-minute drive away. The holiday park, Center Park Allgäu, is only 2 km from the holiday apartment.

Apartment on Lake Ammer

Cozy 40 sqm apartment in your own cottage near the lake. The annex of the beautiful house from the 60s is centrally located two minutes' walk above the Schondorf lake facility. Steamer and beach, beer garden, mini golf and boat rental are next door. Living room with lake view, kitchen and bathroom are on one floor, a small bedroom with double bed is in the basement. Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

Retreat in the Eastern Allgäu

We have newly built a vacation home in Rettenbach am Auerberg. An apartment with a separate entrance and a double bed (sleeping berth) in the gallery; a "hideaway" for two people a good hour's drive from Munich. Flooded with light, guests have a view of the Bavarian white-blue sky during the day and at night you can watch the stars from the bed – they seem a little brighter here in the eastern Allgäu than in Munich because of the lower scattered light.

The 34 square meter apartment offers everything for a relaxing vacation in the mountains. Delicious food can be prepared in the old wood-burning stove or the modern microwave. Two gas stoves are also available. The rent also includes two bicycles (MTB), for shopping around the corner or for tours. The tourist tax is due separately and is to be paid at check-in (3 euros per person per night).

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus an independent cottage with its own entrance. In June 2024, it was largely newly furnished again. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100 m away. By car, it is 15 minutes to See train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the central station in Munich.
