Beautifully located holiday home (built in 2020) with a sunny terrace at the foot of the Auerberg in the village of Bernbeuren. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. On the attic is a self-contained apartment. Towards the south-east you have a magnificent view of the mountains. All rooms are newly furnished, 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, TV room with sofa bed for 2. 2x55 inch satellite smart TV and Wi-Fi, as well as bedding and towels available. Bathroom with tub and shower, toilet with washing machine. Parking by the house.

The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement, there is a swimming pool and sauna, which can be accessed via a cellar corridor. The outdoor area has a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini golf course. Important: In Nov, the pool & sauna usually closed due to maintenance.

Hab Spaß mit der ganzen Familie in dieser stilvollen Unterkunft. Mit viel Liebe haben wir das Häuschen aus den 50-er Jahren aus dem Dornröschenschlaf geweckt. Bei der Komplettsanierung haben wir darauf geachtet, dass der Flair des stilvollen Hauses zu erkennen ist, aber der Komfort an Wohnen den heutigen Ansprüchen mehr als gerecht wird. So ist die schön sanierte Wohnung mit einer Schlafmansarde unter dem ausgebauten Dach ausgestattet. Hier könnt Ihr gut schlafen und schön wohnen.

The 50m² apartment is on the first floor of our old cottage (former butcher from 1894, which we bought in 2019 and renovate in pieces), has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with comfortable sofa bed.
