Zusätzlich befindet sich in der Wohnung noch ein extra WC.

The 40 sqm apartment with 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800 m from Lake Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenberg cable car. The surroundings are therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini-golf course. Important: In November, the pool & sauna are usually closed for maintenance.

Our 52 sqm apartment is located between the city center/train station and Memmingen Airport. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and was completely renovated in 2021. It offers a spacious kitchen-living room, a large bathroom and separate bedrooms. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, bus stop,... in the immediate vicinity.
