The only point that I draw attention, but that does not depend on the host is that, because it has a large car, we had difficulty accessing the parking space on the third floor due to the slope, width of the access ramp and weight of the car. However, the surroundings of the building demonstrate safety. We had no problem with that. In addition, we recommend you stay!

In person, the space is much larger than in the photos, comfortably accommodating the number of guests informed. It is in front of the sea, providing a beautiful view during the day, and at night, the sound of the waves makes everything even more relaxing. Dirce is a great host, always willing to help and quickly answers any questions that arise, both before and during the stay. The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute. Overall, it's a perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace of mind. We will definitely return.

We loved the stay, everything as described and clean. Excellent condominium for those who want comfort and tranquility, especially with children. Several amenities such as the beach are just across the dunes, heated pool, indoor market, food truck on the weekend, among others. Perfect House! Me and my family felt at home, the stay was great! Just one block of the sea, a very quiet place, and well located. The house is cozy, very airy, comfortable beds, the sofa then everyone loved it. The atmosphere with barbecue is great, with a pool table for fun. Mr. Diego was very kind and clear in the information, super quick to reply to us, host note mil! The counties that the wife of Mr. Diego makes, they are also wonderful! Everything was fine with the stay. It was only 1 night but the house was super complete, and you could easily stay much longer. Comfortable property and great service too. We recommend it!

We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!
