Holiday rentals with beach access in Rio Grande do Sul

Our stay in Capão da Canoa was excellent! We were looking for a quiet place to really rest, and Ramon's apartment met our needs. The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the caretaker deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. We were very pleased and recommend the apartment for those who want to relax in comfort and practicality. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Ramon!

Everything was very good

This apartment was a great success! Charming, cozy, well-equipped, and the building has great infrastructure! Not to mention the location, which offers several possibilities, such as a market, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, beauty salon, all very close! There was a treat waiting for us when we arrived, very affectionate! And Lúcio's service was very attentive too! We love it and if we need it again at any time, we'll be back!

Easy access location, very well maintained building, garage with good space, very beautiful view of the sea, one block from the waterfront.

Without any kind of complications. Only the parking lot around the way back from the apt, was in the best condition. Pasto and yuyos at the entrance very long and the gate is hard to move it ñ.

Super recommended. I went with my son who is 8 years old and made a lot of friends at the place. The house is very comfortable.

It is a wonderful place, Mauritius and Debora were very kind and attentive. The house is great, super-equipped, comfortable and has a very beautiful and cozy space, with a great patio and located in a quiet area, great for resting, as well as featured in the listing. All brand new, like in the photos. The kitchen is complete, good bath. Otimo spot for bathing in the lagoon ahead. Very quiet place, a little far from the city center. For those who want peace of mind, it's very good

What a nice house and what a peaceful and beautiful spot next to the Mampituba lagoon. The beds are comfortable, very good shower, well-equipped kitchen, spacious and smelling house. The beach is also very close, to go on foot. We recommend your Leonardo's house, your Leonardo is very helpful and quick to respond, was also flexible for our check-in and checkout.

The residence is well located and equipped with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The host is flexible and our communication was smooth. The beach is quite wooded and pleasant to walk or enjoy the scenery.
