Single room in the heart of Bom Fim.

Large, well-lit, ventilated and quiet single room. Apartment of 120m², in the heart of the Bom Fim neighborhood (central region of the city), with banks, supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, various transportation options, UFRGS and all the bohemian life nearby. We are a young couple with no discrimination. We have two cats, very quiet and sociable. We speak both English and Spanish, we love to travel, and we are passionate about art.
