I felt like I was at my grandmother's beach house, where everything was very simple, but very cozy and very clean, and with a huge backyard! Very pleasant weekend of rest at David's beach house. One of the fans was broken but the host offered to replace it. The house is very airy and cool, so even though it was 30 degrees, we didn't feel the need for air conditioning. The face is east so the sea breeze comes with everything, even though it's not that close to the beach. David provides chairs but we missed having an umbrella. Arriving at the beach, you could see that the wind was so strong that you have to tie the umbrella well so it doesn't fly away (you have to know what you're doing). There is a kiosk right on the beach that also did not want to set up the umbrellas on the tables because of the wind. So if they had, guests would probably have ruined them. The neighborhood was busy with people, which generated a good sense of security. No parties, no noise, very quiet street! We love it

Great apartment to rest. Very close to the beach and an excellent option for those who have or are experiencing some difficulty in locomotion, because the apartment is on the ground floor and the path to the beach is flat. You've fully met our needs.

It was a wonderful holiday in Mary's house, it supplied the needs of 7 people, in a quiet way. In addition to the atmosphere being very quiet, the location is great, close to the center of Mariluz(2 blocks), and 6 minutes ago walking to the beach. Awesome!

Everything perfect!! The house exactly as in the pictures!! Everything organized and clean!! Note 10 for the pool, very good and clean!! It had 2 bedrooms with portable air conditioning!! We used only the one of the medium that worked super well!! We went to carnival with 8 adults and 2 children!! We are very accommodating!! The host Aline always attentive and helpful!!

The condominium is very good, extremely organized and with several activities. Our 16- and 14-year-old daughters loved it, as they were doing activities until late in the condominium. We liked it so much that we ended up buying a house here. About Patrícia's house, it was super organized and she passed on all the rules and explanations. We had another great experience in our stay! Ary is an extremely attentive host, always helpful and ready to help. This is already the fourth time we have stayed with him, and we have always been very pleased with the hosting and his attention. He is a kind, polite and always available person to ensure the best for the guests. The condominium is excellent, with a complete structure: swimming pool, transportation leading from the condominium door to the beach and a beachside paradise with bathroom and restaurant. In addition, the condominium offers parasol, chairs and stalls, which makes the beach experience even more comfortable. The house is very cozy and well-equipped, with all the necessary household utensils. It has air conditioning in the living room and in two of the three bedrooms, while the third bedroom has a fan. In the back of the house there is barbecue and a small lawn. I highly recommend the stay and undoubtedly we will return again
