Everything as described in the listing, very good environment and close to everything. Brenda and Flávia are very attentive, but their mother Salete is above average, very dear and friendly. We will definitely be back.

It is in front of the sea, providing a beautiful view during the day, and at night, the sound of the waves makes everything even more relaxing. Dirce is a great host, always willing to help and quickly answers any questions that arise, both before and during the stay. The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute. Overall, it's a perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace of mind. We will definitely return.

We loved staying at Sandra's house. The house is fully complete, very comfortable, clean and organized. We were delighted with the house, the location is good and it's worth the 10-minute drive to the beach. We will definitely be coming back. Sandra treated us super well, very good communication with her. They are very flexible with both check-in and check-out and that's great.

The house is otima, close to the beach, a quiet, well-equipped and very safe place. the apartment is AMAZING...the view then is SPECTACULAR!!! the impression that one has...is that one is in the sea!!! the apartment is large and well ventilated, the kitchen is equipped with everything we need to have a great stay, all well clean. manoela is super sweetheart and answers everything very quickly! mrs. Marcia showed and explained everything right, and to any doubt...Manoela promptly answered me. only the garage that is really small, as mentioned in the ad by them...but my husband managed to put our Tracker on it. we had great chek-in and chek-out flexibility! were incredible days...the spectacle that is to stand on the balcony, following the beautiful sunrise...is magnificent!!!!! though that anytime look at that sky....that marzão....was always of such beauty!!!...were very special days that will remain forever in our memory and in our photos and videos!!!!! super indico and for sure...as soon as we have a chance, we'll be back!!!!

We love the stay. The house is as well as in the description, the place is very safe, quiet and close to the sea. The host is very helpful.

The house was extremely clean, the location is excellent, very close to the beach, 3 min walk. The patio is big, our dogs have enjoyed a lot. There is a staircase that gives access to the slab, the place is great for enjoying the sea and the sunrise.

This is a great accommodation for those who go with children. We had an excellent experience with the condominium, with several options of activities, even in the winter. The hostess is an excellent person, always attentive and willing to assist. We definitely intend to return to another opportunity we have. Our gratitude to the host for the host!

House located very close to the sea but in a more remote area of Tramandaí, but walking a few meters you reach the area where the kiosks and lifeguards begin. Great place to relax and enjoy without the crowds of the main beaches. About the house, it was impeccable, everything very clean and organized, exactly as in the listing description.

The apartment is the same as the photos. Everything was clean and organised when we arrived, making us feel at home.
