Holiday rentals with beach access in Oslo

The location is great - newer, walkable area full of restaurants and close to the water. Inside was clean and included the travel crib and high chair we requested for our 10 month old. Staircase is steep, which was shown in the pictures, but took my 3 year old a bit to feel comfortable with it.

We stayed a night before our cruise. Great apartment and great host. Highly recommend.

This place was a really lovely place to stay, it was charming overlooking a courtyard and well-appointed.

I stayed for 6 nights at Petter’s place and it was a wonderful home base! He and his partner are very communicative and responsive - quick to offer help when needed and answer questions. The suite is clean and spacious in spite of it being a studio, and the kitchen is very well stocked. It can be a little dark, just because it is a ground floor suite and the surrounding buildings block out the sun, but in summer time this doesn’t matter too much. Excellent location and walking distance to anything you could ever need. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay close to the water in beautiful Oslo!

We had some minor changes checking in but Frida was quick to respond and very helpful! The place was clean and was in a great location that was easy to get around the city. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment in Tjuvholmen! The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and of high standard. It’s located in a quiet area, yet close to shops, cafés, and excellent restaurants. The cozy terrace was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 2 weeks. The room was very large and had everything you need. The location was quiet and not too crowded. It was close to everything you need to go to in Oslo and public transport (tram and bus). There were convenience stores very close by and many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Great value for money. The owner was very nice, always responded quickly, was very helpful and recommended places to go.

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. On foot you can get to a large shopping center quite quickly, there is everything your heart desires. In general, you can get by very well on foot. I didn't test the public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I also enjoyed. He gave plenty of tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all, a very great 5 weeks.

We had a lovely stay at Kamilla and Per's. The house is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The city center is easily accessible by public transport. The hosts are very pleasant, attentive and responsive:) Everything was perfect!

We had a lovely stay at Svenn’s Airbnb. The apartment was clean and very well decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. Ideal place for 2-3 people to stay, with a massive table which could host even more! Svelvik was a good place to explore southern Norway from- would recommend the walks from Spiralen and Drammen Sauna. We also walked up to Damvann lake from the apartment which was very beautiful and peaceful!

It’s a very quiet place, great place to relax and still be connected to the city. Comfortable and liveable. Great place for travels with small animals as well.

Very cozy house, plenty of space but still intimate. The fjord view for breakfast was wonderful! Nice streets to walk in. Jeanette was the perfect host. Kitchen with what you need. Nice modern bathroom. We'll take the trip again ☺️

Very spacious and incredible view just like the pictures. Place was very clean. I dont know ifs bad luck or not but the tram that says it goes to city center was not was not fully operational at the time so basically we had take a bus to a tram station were it stops and a tram to the house so i think its better for guests who have a car as they have parking but other than that airbnb as a whole was great experience. I highly recommend

From the beginning, there was good communication via email and SMS. We were personally picked up from the train station and taken to the apartment. Great service. The apartment was huge, with a large living room and bedroom. The windows went from ceiling to floor, so it was very bright. You didn't hear anything from neighbours, and you hardly met anyone. Very safe house. A downside was the non-adjustable air conditioning. After 3 days, we had gotten used to the noise (maybe we were too tired from the many museum visits and the fresh air to hear anything). Unfortunately, there was noise from outside in the summer: the restaurant "After work" boomed with the disco basses up to the apartment. And the last night (Saturday before Pentecost) was really bad: the noise stage was set up in the Akerhusfestning, and from Saturday evening to Sunday morning at 5 a.m. this disco bass noise echoed over to us again. We couldn't sleep and had to get up again at half past four...

We were very happy with our stay at Paul’s place. It was a very nice apartment in a great location and great views. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We traveled with our 1.5 years old baby and it was perfect! The apartment is in a gated building, which felt very secure. There is a ramp at the entrance of the building, and the elevator was big enough for our compact stroller. The Host kindly had a travel cot ready for our kid and they also left a high chair. Another high chair was also available for older kids. There is an open wardrobe right at the entrance of the apartment that was great to leave the stroller and/or suitcases, so they were not in the way. The bathroom is very spacious and the water pressure was great! The apartment is super bright, which we loved! Both bedrooms have blackout blinds, and the mattress was comfortable. Communication with the Hosts was very good, always responsive, friendly and helpful. This is heir family home, so it has a lot of personal touches. We would love to come back!

a very tidy, modern apartment in a very convenient location in Oslo. Trams and buses were nearby which made sightseeing very easy, and it was within walking distance of Oslo Central Station. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, very spacious apartment in a wonderful location. It’s an easy walk from the central train station. Su is an exceptional communicator. She provided detailed instructions and offered local recommendations. It’s a quiet oasis despite being in a bustling area. Very family friendly layout and supplies.

This is a wonderful place to stay and is within a few minutes walk from the Oslo Central Station. We arrived at midnight by train and had no problem finding the apartment at all. The apartment looks exactly like the photos shown here. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

The apartment was close to a key tram line and one stop away from the harbor. Great location.

We had a wonderful stay. Heidi's Tjuvholmen condo is awesome. Perfect for a couple. The views are terrific and its absolutely in the heart of everything to do in Oslo. Short walk to many restaurants, shops, museums, major activities and all forms of public transportation. We learned the transit system easily using the Ruter app, and were able to get around the entire city. Heidi was super responsive. Access to the building and condo was straightforward. Highly recommended.
