Close to the city center, minutes from the beach resorts of Neusiedl & Weiden (5 min by car, 30 min walk) - this dreamy apartment is a good starting point for many excursion destinations in northern Burgenland. The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

For the sight of bricks, wood and building material in the yard, our cozy garden in the back is damaging. It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
