Ground level, no steps. Great lake view. Close to shopping mall, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a NEW mattress, a full bathroom, TV with cable and DVD. It has a sliding patio door that opens to the deck. Spare bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with cable; full length windows that overlook the lake. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless appliances. Non-smoking and no pets.
