10 x 26 boat slip included, trailer parking, and boat ramp on site. This 1-bed / 1-bath unit has been completely remodeled, including the kitchen and new furniture. The Master bedroom has a king bedroom set and a 50" smart TV. The living room has a 60" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked. The patio has fantastic views, BBQ, and comfortable seating. Lakeside pool, tennis courts, and onsite laundry facilities. We are centrally located at MM21.

Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.

Chatham Cabin-Home of the Midwest Sunset!

Cozy cabin offers incredible lake views and lake access including boat dock with swim platform and swim ladder and fish sink and boat slips. Cabin includes a kitchenette with stove and all the kitchen essentials for cooking and staying in. Bath includes a 6 foot claw-foot tub w/shower. Nestled on a quiet lake road “Isle View” will not disappoint. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook golf course or Lake Valley golf course and Ball Park Nationals.

8MM Cottage w/dock & slip in cove

Our family cottage sits on 100’ of lakefront in a natural lake setting. Spacious living with expansive views and a private dock. Swim off the dock or relax on the lily pad from dawn until dusk and enjoy sunset over the large, protected cove. Create more lake memories at our fire-pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.
