We had a great stay at Nikki’s Annex really comfortable and great location, the surroundings are great and easy access to the A1 if you’re travelling like we were, quiet, clean, comfortable would highly recommend

A comfortable, calm space for a short stay with our two dogs. The garden was perfect for what turned out to be very hot weather. Plenty of shade and seclusion.

This is a spotless, bright house, easy to park and unload. Everything we as a family of five needed for a stay on the way home from holiday. Comfy beds & simple, uncluttered furnishings. Handy to put the children to bed with a movie! We didn’t explore much of the area but had a nice coffee in the village - a really charming place with friendly people. Thanks Lloyd.

lovely place to stay in a very convenient area plenty to do around the area, clean and well presented annex, couldn’t fault it and super cute dogs :) would highly recommend!
