Absolutely stunning villa that looks just like the pictures in real life - tucked away in a private area, but convenient / walkable to the marina, and with fantastic mountain views! Jaime was the perfect host too, very flexible and responsive, and just keen to ensure that his guests have an amazing time at an amazing villa. Would love to visit again soon!

Davide was very helpful and welcoming. The villa had stunning views, was very clean and spacious and was well equipped. The location was quiet and peaceful and a short 15mins drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely consider returning to this villa. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was all as described and we felt very comfortable. The communication with the host was really good and he even got us appointments at physiotherapy. It's not self-evident. Many thanks for this. We can fully recommend the house if you want to relax far away from tourism. Car is a must, but that will be sufficiently communicated.

We had a fabulous relaxing week in the villa, despite a few windy and rainy days. The place was in a stunning location in a private road, views across the sea at sunset were fabulous. Lots of different outdoor space areas, plenty of outdoor tables, chairs and loungers. Walking distance to los Gigantes. Inside was very spacious with everything you could possibly want including a fully stocked spice cupboard. Andrea was very responsive and facilitated all our requests quickly.

We would recommend this villa. You will have no regrets. You'll love it for sure. If you like to swim, you will find a swimming pool to wear, very well maintained by the way. We went there in May and the temperature in Tenerife depending on the area was between 20-26c during the day. The villa is impeccably clean. Great attention from our Super host Jose Francesco was really appreciated (Bottle of water, wine, muffins, coffee, cookies). We spent 6 nights there and actually ran out of time to see everything we wanted. This may give us the chance to return to this villa to visit what we didn't see. Wow Villa Super Host Wow Location. Just returned from a wonderful 7 night stay at Richard’s villa for my 50th birthday. There was 9 of us in total and more than enough space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great. The new added kitchen downstairs is a definite bonus. We loved the outdoor dining space and spent a lot of time here. You do need to get taxis down to the beach area but Richard recommended Norman’s taxis and they were very reliable. Richard, Kelly and Ben were all very responsive with anything we needed. Thanks all for making our stay perfect As a previous review stated I would probably hire a car next time, just to make it easier for shopping but we did manage perfectly well without one. Would definitely recommend staying here

Petra's delightful home was perfect for our three generation holiday.-very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, huge wardrobes with plentiful hangers, full sized cot, 2 high chairs, plenty bathrooms. The garden was huge -lots of seating areas and the pool was lovely and warm. It is as green as the photographs, full of birdsong, completely enclosed and private so very safe for kids. The house is only a few minutes drive from all facilities. The Rosa Center at Playa Paraiso has free parking, supermarket, shops & restaurants, play facilities for kids and good coffee. The beach at Callao Salvaje is even closer with umbrellas, restaurant, bar and part time lifeguard. Again free parking and good shopping nearby. Petra met us on arrival to show us round and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed-even from her hospital bed following an accident! The checkout was a helpful midday, with her niece arriving to collect the keys. A most relaxing, happy holiday.

The 5 star reviews are spot on.....though we are tempted to leave a 1 star review to put people off from discovering this wonderful villa so we can return to stay again more easily! Ana Maria and Fran were so helpful and the villa is truly amazing. A huge space for up to 16 people so perfect for a big family gathering (we were there for a birthday party; Fran found us a brilliant Cuban/Latin American 3 piece band to entertain us and he made us a huge delicious paella and selection of tapas). The villa is so quiet yet very close to Puerto de Cruz and with breathtaking views of the ocean and Teide volcano. You do need a car to get around.

Beautiful villa inside and out. There is building works still going on but to be honest it didn’t bother us, we actually found it mesmerising watching the remote cranes operating! We will definitely be back and highly recommend

The villa was amazing. I'm always nervous when I see places like this online as you never know if the photos are old/accurate/clever angles and lighting etc. All I can say is the photos didn't do the villa justice. It is even better in the flesh! BEAUTIFUL villa with heated pool, amazing BBQ with fridge/hob/sink etc, 2 x patios with dining tables - one by BBQ and one on first floor near kitchen, another patio by the pool and a balcony off the master bedroom. Sea view. Seriously, what's not to love? It is not in the centre of town so it was peaceful lying by the pool but everything seemed to be within 10-15 mins drive. I don't usually write reviews online but this place definitely deserves it! Wonderful!

Great apartment everything is as described almost felt too good to be true, very secure at night, the host was friendly and was open to a later check out as well as holding our luggage until nearer the flight as no guests were due after our stay. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough and I’d be looking to book again later in the year. A haven in paradise! The villa was well arranged, clean, and spacious. Our host Jamie was easy to communicate with, attentive and helpful which made our stay very comfortable. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including lots of entertainment options for us to enjoy. Convenient location to top it off, overall a 5* experience I would highly recommend - if we are ever in the area again this would be our top choice!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful and spacious house in Tenerife. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. The house is clean, very well equipped, and has plenty of room to enjoy. We especially loved the great pool and the outdoor kitchen – perfect for relaxing days and evening meals. Exceptional location: view of the ocean, the coast and El Teide; absolute calm! We welcomed very well in this 5-star accommodation that lacks nothing and this beautiful residence surrounded by beautiful villa with its swimming pool and garden that yearns for idleness!

Beautiful villa in a lovely location. Puerto de la Cruz is on the Northern side of Tenerife, a little removed from the holiday hubs of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Given we had stayed in those previously we thought to try somewhere a little different. We were very pleased with the villa, the location is scenic and private, yet close enough to the (black sand) beaches of Puerto de la Cruz which also has nice tourist friendly restaurants and bars. The only small negative for us was that the weather on the Northern side is cooler and wetter than on the South side of the island and this was exacerbated by Storm Olivier that came through the island during our stay. Of course bad weather can happen and is the luck of the draw. But you are more likely to get good weather early in the season if you stick to the better known tourist hubs on the South side. Overall very good, and a positive mention to Beatriz who was very helpful and easy to contact.

Overall, we felt very comfortable. The apartment corresponded to the description, was in very good condition and very clean. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and always easily accessible. It was a bit difficult to find or reach the apartment, as you have to climb some stairs for this, which is not easy with suitcases. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for the elderly who carry the suitcase or who have the knee problems. For everyone else who wants some peace and seclusion, it is highly recommended. The pool is very nice but not heated. A car is strongly recommended as San Andrés is very secluded. Thanks for a great stay and good hosting!

Everything is very good. The house is beautiful

Had a lovely few days here. Beautiful house, heated pool, and plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped for basic self catering and a descent sized supermarket within a 5-minute walk. We managed to have two cars (one in the private spot and one parked on road).

Our family trip to Maria Dolores' beautiful home leaves us in love. It's a good place to rest and daydream! Every member of our large family has a great rest. With beautiful hikes nearby and then enough to recharge at the pool for the little ones and in the Sauna for the grown-ups. The ocean has done us the greatest good. We were accompanied very well during our stay and found Maria Dolores' house and hospitality impeccable! We will return without hesitation! A dreamy week 💓

My family spent a wonderful week here. Could not fault a thing, we felt at home here. Beautiful villa and very well looked after. We will definitely be returning in the future. My boys loved the pool so much. Thank you for making everything run soothing for us.
