Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Oro Valley

This was the nicest place we’ve ever been in the Airbnb world. They’ve thought of everything. The amenities were amazing. We look forward to returning. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful visit to Tucson and enjoyed our stay at Songbirds and Serenity. The patio, pool, mountain views, and bird watching were spectacular. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Susan was very responsive to our questions. We plan to stay here again in our future visits to Tucson.

My family and I spent 3 days and nights at Johnny’s place. We found the home to be clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. My 3 yr old grandson completely enjoyed spending time in the kids playroom which was conveniently located off the kitchen. Whenever I reached out to Johnny he immediately responded which I greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to visit again in the future and highly recommend this home to anyone. Thanks Johnny for making our stay so welcoming and for being so helpful.

Joseph was very helpful answering questions before arrival and during. He responded very quickly anytime we reached out to him. The home is very nice. Well taken care of and clean. The kitchen was quite complete with everything we needed. We always felt relaxed being there. The outside is very private. It is right on a major street and there is some traffic noise sometimes. It never bothered us, though. Having coffee or reading in the covered patio was very enjoyable. The patio furniture was comfortable. The primary bed's mattress could be firmer, but it was not uncomfortable. Heed Joseph's note about the pool not being heated. The high temps were in the 90-100 range, but we found the pool temperature to be a bit cooler than we were liked. This is NOT Joseph's fault; he gave adequate notice that it was not heated, except by the sun. We like a pool that is on the warm side and had hoped that the sun would have heated it more. Kids probably would not notice. We had a great time anyway!

It’s a very comfortable and welcoming place, beautiful environment outside and very quiet. Nice place to relax and hang out! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

What a beautiful place to stay with incredible views, close to great food options, and a grocery store to stock the house with food. Oh, speaking of stocking the house with food, how wonderful to have milk, breakfast snacks, etc. to wake up to upon a very late arrival. So nice to have such clear directions on the wifi, pool and spa controls, and entry and exit instructions. Doug and Jade were super responsive during our stay, checking in to make sure whe had everything we needed and because of our late arival made sure the outside was well lit and we had no issues getting inside. I was there with my team for a corporate training and the bonding we were able to do by staying in the same place vs. a hotel was remarkable. We each had our own room so we could take our space as needed, but so many communal areas that we could be together as much as we wanted as well. The pool and spa was so refreshing after long days. Would stay again for sure! Thank you for an amazing experience

We had a great time at Casa Buena Vida! The peaceful area was perfect for relaxing, and our kids had an absolute blast with all the games and the pool. We especially enjoyed using the grill while watching them play in the water — such a great setup for family time. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Jacob’s Tucson condo is peaceful & quiet along with very warm and comfortable. It was exactly as stated on the listing. It is located in a great area and easy to get to other areas around Tucson. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was great for our small family trip! The space was clean and functional. I was attending events on the U of A campus which was a 5 minute walk and we enjoyed quick walks to near by restaurants too. Area was peaceful, ac worked great and we had a good stay. Would 100% stay again on our next visit

Edward's place was fantastic and we really appreciated how accommodating he was, especially since we were traveling with dogs. The pups loved his place and yard! Great experience over all and we highly recommend it.

Lore’s listing is perfect. Nestled against the foothills of the Catalina mountains, there’s beautiful views. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The amenities are as advertised! Host was very responsive! 10/10 would recommend. We WILL stay here again!

I leased this place for my parents when they visited for my graduation in mid-May 2025, and it was absolutely perfect! The listing photos and description were 100% accurate – a rare find! Though small, the space was incredibly comfy, clean, and well-equipped, making my parents feel right at home. Our host, Debra, was wonderful. She was so outgoing and welcoming, even sharing her homegrown veggies and recommending fantastic local Mexican restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I’ve stayed at this place a few times now and have never been let down. I noticed a deep clean has recently been done in the bathrooms. They were spotless! Location is very walkable with many food options close-by. The highlight for me is the living room view & balcony.

Great place, just down the street from Sabino Canyon!

Anna was very responsive and helpful in getting my elderly mom set up with her internet tv . She came by to ensure this was done immediately. We were happy with our over all stay. Her instructions were very clear as well

If you’re visiting Tucson, this place is perfect! Great location, convenient to everything. Quiet, safe, and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Good communication with Michelle. 10/10

My family loved staying here. The condo is located in a great spot. As far as the property, it’s clean and I can tell the host has placed their guests in mind. I will note that Ventana Canyon View seems to have an established older community of residents living there. So if you have little ones (as our family does) you may get a couple disgruntled neighbors as we did at the pool. I’d just be mindful of your littles and the residents. Other than that, we’d definitely recommend the space.

Casa de Roberto was great, the space is bigger than the pictures, host is very responsive and helpful. The location is near everything (15 mins drive to anywhere). The space is clean and felt like home. Definitely recommended and will return when I go back to Tucson!

Megan and Bryan's place was fantastic. Ideal location, right by pool and spa, sunny patio and close to fitness center in the clubhouse. Easy parking and access. Hosts were fantastic! Highly recommended!

When in Oro Valley, a must stay place! Rita's condo is very comfortable, clean, and in a quiet, peaceful community. Honestly, one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed.

Communication was wonderful. Deb’s condo is well located: 15 min to indoor rock climbing: 30 minutes to Reed Park zoo: an hour to Saguaro national Park West and Kartchner’s Caverns. Mount Lemmon and Sabino Canyon are also easily accessible. Bashas grocery is a few minutes down the street. The condo was clean and as described, and had every everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. The area was generally quiet and we felt safe during our stay. Having a washer and dryer available was helpful. The unit has a wonderful outdoor patio, which overlooks the pool and the mountains. Our personal preference downsides: the pool area lights all remain on at night, which brighten the unit; the king size bed was pretty soft; and the air conditioner works great, but it’s pretty loud. We traveled as a family and found the unit to be welcome spot. We would stay here again.
