Villa Lemon has a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 sleeping rooms, 2 bath rooms, a large lounge/dining terrace, a small terrace where you can sit in the shadow in the afternoon and a balcony with sea view. Renovated (2024) Studio in the center of Nikiti beach, just 30 meters from the sea! You leave your car in our yard and you have the possibility to do everything on foot (sea, entertainment and shopping). It has a balcony with a table to enjoy your coffee and food, while you can freely use the grill in the gazebo. You are in the center of Nikiti, but at the same time having the sense of privacy and tranquility you are looking for!
