Holiday rentals with beach access in Ormos Panagias

Lina was a delightful host, she greeted us with a friendly welcome and showed us around her Airbnb. The Airbnb has everything you need for a stay in Nikiti. It is a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the beach. Lina is always on hand via text or saying hello from her balcony above to assist with any questions. Lina was most accommodating doing our laundry for us as the washing machine listed was broken. A peaceful stay, highly recommended to people who want to enjoy a slower paced holiday. As the final guests of the season Lina kindly allowed us to check out later affording us one last trip to the beach before our late night flight. Thank you Lina and your son!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The unit is exactly as described – clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was quick and easy and helped us with helpful info about the area. The location is excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Rebecca and I had a wonderful time at the accommodation. This is due to the very hospitable nature of the landlord Konstantinos and his parents Stavroula and Dimitros. Everyone was very helpful and gave us great tips for the days on the peninsula. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and will come back ourselves. Thank you to the whole family. Kyriakos’ place was awesome! It looked even better than the pictures. The host was responsive and helped us with recommendations and everything we needed. The surroundings are peaceful and wonderful. Can’t wait to come again!

We had a pleasant and quiet stay at Constantinos place and recommend it. The two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms were our main priorities staying in Nikiti. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee was also available which is nice. Being a downstairs apartment has its advantage of being cool during the summer, but an air-conditioning was also available. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk to the beach with many restaurants and places to relax directly on the sand. But also easy to reach the beaches further south by car.

Host very accommodating and friendly. Apartment very clean. Quiet location. Breathtaking view of the sea and the beautiful landscape. Very close to Pyrgadikia with the many taverns. The right place for 2 people for 1-2 weeks vacation in Chalkidiki.

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

We arrived late on Saturday for Easter and hadn't eaten yet. Christ then arranged food for us, also for the next day , Easter Sunday because almost everything was closed. Question about the shower was taken care of right away. Got towels to go swimming. In short, no question was too much! incredibly friendly people and always ready! we have been there for 10 days and we had a great holiday thanks to them

We had a great stay at Ioannis's place! The house is very well equipped — everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. We especially enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace, BBQs in the backyard, sunbathing in the garden, and relaxing in the hammock. The place was clean, easy to access, and had excellent hot water pressure in the bathroom. There's a good supermarket nearby, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

My daughter and her family with 2 kids spent a wonderful little vacation at George's place. His hospitality was outstanding and very friendly, the appartment was very clean and comfortable, the garden with different seating-areas was well maintained and accessable. The nearby little bay and beach were easy to get too and nice for swimming. It was an allover very good experience and we recommand George as a host and his accomo 100%.

We felt very comfortable in Nikitas' apartment. Nikitas personally welcomed us very kindly and showed us the apartment. We have rarely seen such a clean apartment. The apartment had everything you need in terms of amenities. The highlight, however, is definitely the first-class location, less than 60 seconds from the sea. On the terrace, you can enjoy a direct view of the sea, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, which is complemented by the lovingly designed and well-kept garden. Ideal for the little ones :-) We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

Super nice apartment in front of the sea. Everything was great and they even left some cake for the breakfast.
