The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Lena's and Sofi's summer house, is beautifully situated just 700 meters from Trani Ammouda Beach and 1 km from the picturesque village of Ormos Panayia. In the area you will find traditional restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, beach bars, café-bars etc., as well as many other beaches and places since we are located in the most central point of the second arm of Halkidiki. The house, fully equipped, is ready to welcome you.This unique location waits you, to explore it.

The house has a unique view of the sea. It is located in Ormos Panagias and is just 5 minutes away from the beach of Trani Ammouda. The house has air conditioning, an oven and a washing machine. It has a courtyard with a barbecue area. It has 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one room with 4 single beds, the 2 beds are in a loft and have access by stairs. It has 1 toilet with shower and 1 toilet for exclusive use. It has 1.5 bathrooms. There is free parking for 1 car.

NIKA'S HOME (1st Floor)

The apartment is part of a residence complex of 6 apartments and is located in the settlement of Agios Nikolaos. It’s the middle right apartment. There is a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and an air conditioner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.

The picturesque harbor of Ormos Panagias is only 300 meters away and the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos is a 5-minute drive away. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, hair dryer, WiFi, 32" TV, WC, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony, garden.
