Kritamon Apartment in Neos Marmaras – highly recommended! The apartment is very clean, modern, and newly furnished – truly a place to feel comfortable. We were completely satisfied! The host was extremely friendly and responded to all our questions within minutes. This is exactly how a perfect stay should be. We will definitely come back!

Nikoletta's apartment stands out from the crowd of other numerous apartments due to its quiet location on the outskirts of Nikiti. Nevertheless, you are within walking distance within 10-15 minutes both on the lively beach promenade and in the heart of the old town. The apartment has a large garden and invites you to linger in the evening. Overall, Sithonia can be explored very well from Nikiti by rental car and also one or the other beach away from mass tourism is easily accessible with a little effort.

Dimitri’s studio was a fantastic place to stay — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, with an amazing sea view! Afitos is a beautiful town with charming streets and excellent restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful location with an almost private beach as soon as you conquer the descent The water here is the same colour as we have only found in 'the Caribbean' Apartment is spacious, very clean and everything is present Toilet is on the small side Host is extremely friendly and helpful, if there was anything there was quick response and a solution Apartment is on a busy thoroughfare, but Afytos is within walking distance Moreover, taxis are coming and going ;-) This is perhaps the most beautiful place on Kassandra

Anastasia is an amazing host and the apartment was right where she said is going to be, 2 meters away from the sea! It has a beatiful balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and look at the sea!

It's love at first sight. :) It is worth mentioning the town and the apartments separately. The town surprised me with its coziness and atmosphere. Stone houses, narrow streets, cleanliness, the main square where locals and tourists gather, very atmospheric. There is a place to walk, eat, buy something to eat. The location of the town is ideal. From here it is convenient to go to the beaches on both the western and eastern sides of Sithonia. 15 -20 minutes and you are on the best beaches. Now about the apartment itself. It's something incredible. An atmosphere that cannot be described. Very simple and very harmonious with the surroundings. I haven't felt this sense of comfort and harmony with what I see around me in a long time. It's like I've been back to where I was born :) It's hard to describe. The apartment has a large balcony where, looking at the beautiful view of Athos, the red roofs of the houses, the endless greenery, listening to the sounds of birds and crickets, I accidentally fell asleep a couple of times :))) There is a place in the yard where you can park your car. Apparently, it's a rarity in those parts. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was great! The host Lena was very kind and gave us directions! If you want relaxation and peace this is the right place. The yard is huge and well maintained. My children were fascinated!

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!
