Monthly Rentals in Ormond-by-the-Sea

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

Tessa always responded quickly. Easy entry and underground parking a plus. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very spacious. View was amazing with beach and access across the street. Balcony was very spacious with lots of seating. Nice quiet area great for walking and riding our bikes. Played pickleball in their court right next to pool. Never got to use pool it’s not heated so 65 was too cold for me by the end of our stay it reached 72. The pool area is very nice for days that are too cold or windy to lounge around and has a bathroom which was a plus. I would definitely stay again it was a great place for our family. This might be one of the best places I've stayed at -- absolutely gorgeous beach sunrise and easy to cross the street to walk or lay out on the beach. I really appreciate this is owned by a family that actually stays here, its extremely well stocked and everything feels very comfortable. Lagerheads Bar (0.7mi) is an easy walk north, State Park (3 mi) is absolutely beautiful if you like to walk/run, and driving up to Fagler Beach (9 mi) for Funky Pelican (get the twisted shrimp) and Next Door Bistro for amazing food/drinks/atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!

This was probably the best experience w an Airbnb I’ve had. The host was very responsive. The home was very clean. The home is equipped with everything needed for a beach trip. They had beach towels, beach chairs, games , anything we needed for the stay . The best equipped Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay again.
