Nice and quiet, clean, great view of the beach, perfect for 2 people, plenty of parking, excellent restaurants nearby, especially Porto Fino, Aunt Catfish, and Dine and Cruise.

I made a mistake when choosing the dates for my trip, and didn’t realize till I showed up. I felt so silly, but reached out to Caio anyway, and he responded almost immediately even though it was late, and he was at an event out of state. He had had a cancellation and competently and graciously accommodate me last minute. I was so grateful! Check-in was easy, and our stay was super relaxed. We really enjoyed the easy access to the private beach. Would totally stay again!

We stayed a month and found the apt clean, well stocked and comfortable. Its a very light and bright place that we enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony and cross the street to reach the beautiful beach. The building is well maintained, the pool was awesome, convenient parking with a place to park our Bicycles. a great place to stay. Thank you Tracy

Tetiana was a fantastic host. She was always friendly, responsive, and helpful. For instance, we ran out of washcloths one evening, and she delivered more the next morning with no complaints. She even found my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal that was left behind and shipped it to us the same day. The space was clean and comfortable. Most importantly to me, it was EXACTLY as described in the listing from the room to the ocean view. The price was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My family would definitely stay again!

The cleanliness and organization are truly impressive, a testament to the host’s attention to detail. Every necessity is provided, from dish and washer detergent to body wash, shampoo, conditioner, extra garbage bags, and paper towels. The kitchen is a culinary dream, with high-end appliances and an array of pots and pans that inspire creativity. And the beds? The sheets are like a cloud, enveloping you in comfort and making it impossible to leave the warmth of the bed, even on a sunny beach day! The Lazy Green Turtle was amazing. We stayed there to celebrate my birthday and spend time with family. The house is fully stocked and Colette has thought of EVERYTHING you will need! She has put so much thought into the details of this house and she is a great host - even surprised me with a birthday cake 🎂. I can’t wait to go back. My favorites about this home is: the spaciousness, homey/coziness/comfort, ocean views, the deck for sunrises and star gazing and of course the beach! (Beach is dog friendly) This has been one of my favorite birthdays!

This is an absolute beautiful getaway and a fisherman's paradise! The covered slip was a blessing for our Jet ski, everything was pristine including the host! This property is a must see and a rare gem if you want to be on the water, and love to see alligators ❤️

This is a hidden treasure in Flagler Beach. I’ve lived in this area for 20 years, and this place is a gem! Waking up to the ocean sunrise is unforgettable. The house is pristine, and so comfortable. We loved relaxing on the big couch to watch a movie, and reading on the deck. The wine was just what this teacher/momma needed after a busy school year! Our beach day was such a breeze because the walk over is literally just across the street! It is on a peaceful part of the beach. The Tommy Bahama chairs were so light to carry on your back and so comfortable! They had everything you might need- we literally only packed toothbrushes, swimsuits and clothes! We had perfect summer Florida weather, and even used the fire pit on our last night. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Next Door Bistro and went bought ice cream twice at The Waffle Cone (Captain butterscotch is not to be missed). The beds are cozy & comfortable. The bedding was top-tier (and I am picky about sheets!) A+

Christy's place is absolutely beautiful!. The beds and sitting areas were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more for our stay. The balcony views of the beach were fabulous. There is also easy access to the pool and beach. Llistening to the waves at night as we were drifting off to sleep was so peaceful and relaxing. We had a group of 7 (3 adults and 4 teenagers) and we had plenty of room. We already want to find another time to come back for another stay! Christy was very responsive with any questions we had, which we truly appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay here!

The condo was great! Super close walk to the beach! And just a short drive to Daytona Beach. The WiFi signal was slow, but that was only needed sparingly during our stay.

Awesome hospitality, fast responses, Sandra was such a great Host!!! We had a great time in her place, and she was always available when we needed something. We had everything that we needed, the condo was super clean, and all the touches were very thoughtful. I will definitely come back!!!
