The ideal location to explore the Norfolk Broads, surrounding countryside and coast. The property has off street parking and is a 5 minute walk to the local bus stops (Norwich, Beccles & Lowestoft) and local pub. The annexe has private access and offers a double bed, kitchen, smart TV, modern furniture, electric radiators and ensuite.

Beautiful barn conversion and pet friendly

Grange farm barn is grade 2 listed newly converted barn set in the broads village of Filby but still has the beautiful sandy beaches of Norfolk a mere 10 minute drive away.There is plenty of space for guests and dogs to roam without being on top of one another and an abundance of things to do close by Not afraid of hard work, we converted the barn ourselves at the start of the covid year.
