The place was warm and cozy with a lovely surrounding environment—very peaceful and relaxing. The owner was really helpful and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Our time at Dave's cottage was brief but peaceful. We were able to cook ourselves a nice dinner and share wine using the kitchen. The surroundings were relaxing, and we had fun meeting and feeding the two animals on the property. Be mindful that there is only hang dry for doing laundry. Other than that, we wholeheartedly recommend the stay!

We had the pleasure of staying here, 1st experience with an air bnb in someone’s home. The place was warm, felt like home as we could access the main parts of the home in and out and enjoy the comforts of the spa at our discretion without limitations. It was a positive, warm and friendly experience. Cici was a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive and timely to my inquiries. We were given an earlier check in at our request and enjoyed the on site massage. Cici also accomodating in changing times for this even at short notice. We arrived from Perth, Australia for a funeral in Huntly. Emily's cabin was easily only 10min away and proximity to the freeway was a huge help. The location is private and peaceful, and the cabin is modern and has all home necessities. It really has the wow factor. So many positive reviews helped in our decision to book, biggest being the washer/dryer. We definitely would stay again.
