Fabulous place for the whole family. New and modern house, comfy with woodburner on cold nights and all the amenities you will need for a relaxing stay. Plus a few extra treats left by the lovely owners:). The outdoor fireplace was an awesome addition on cold starry nights. Kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows and the dog loved the huge fenced in yard.

Absolutely enjoyed our rural stay. The cottage is clean, clutter-free, well-equipped with everything we needed and feels so homely. Safe area with lovely view of Mount Taranaki and gorgeous Kaupokonui Beach nearby. Lesley is a super fantastic host. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Great stay awesome for a big family,

Michael's house is not just a place to live, it is a unique experience. And that is not only because of its location right at the edge of the dunes. Also not because it is fully equiped with well designed utensils perfectly matching the clean interior. All these things are there and bring you in a relaxed and natural atmosphere. The sheer magic of this place is to be discovered by its lodgers. That story is to long to describe here and it would not be appropriate to reveal it beforehand. We shall treasure this place forever.
