Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Općina Preko

It was very pleasant to communicate with Dunja. She did everything to be as helpful as possible. The house is big, super clean, furnished with a taste. The beds are comfortable. We appariciate the quiet neighborhood surrunden with local people. The terrace is top - there is an oven and nice sitting, small garden with herbs. Most of the Preko spots - restaurants, beaches, shops, rentals are aprox 20minutes walking from the house. If you considering other villages in Ugljan, Preko is the Best, i am glad we did not choose other ones. And you can get easily to Zadar if you miss bustling city. I highly recommend !

We spent 3 weeks in the house and the accommodation was perfect. The location is very quiet. The fenced garden came in very handy when we were travelling with our dog. The house is a few meters about the beach, shop, bakery and cafe. It is also very close to bus stops for trips to the historic centre. Communication with the owner is perfect and he was helpful in everything. I can definitely recommend it to everyone.

Everything great and as advertised. We traveled with three small children and very much enjoyed the stay. We especially liked the possibility to walk to different locations to swim and to the beach bar. There is also a larger sandy beach in Preko (5 min drive) which the children loved. Tanja and Ankica were fantastic hosts and we followed their advise for restaurants, boat hires, and a lot more. We will definitely come back.

We were with our family on vacation in this beautiful place, in a beautiful accommodation owned by a beautiful family. The accommodation is located just a few steps from the beach. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the sea. The accommodation has a spacious terrace where you can rest, drink coffee or eat. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Local restaurants are very good, also. We will definitely come back and I recommend this wonderful place and apartment to everyone.

We had a lovely stay at Teas place! Tea herself couldn’t have been better, she was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, nice and quiet and a lovely escape from the bustle of the city to experience a bit of the island life. Situated right by the heart of Preko, it was only a 5 minute walk from the ferry port, and there were plenty bars/restaurants nearby. Only 2 minutes from the water, there was also many swimming spots within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything you needed, and the AC was perfect in keeping the place cool in the warm summer days and nights. We believe the apartment was even nicer than the photos depicted, the terrace out front in particular made a lovely spot to sit and eat or read a book. Tea even brought us some local desserts with cream while we were sat outside which was lovely, and the neighbour stopped by with from freshly picked figs! Overall a very pleasant stay, can’t recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay! Krunoslav was a fantastic host – communication was excellent from the start, he was always available and very helpful. The villa is absolutely stunning: modern design, high-quality amenities, spotlessly clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. The pool was a true highlight – perfect for relaxing, surrounded by beautiful scenery and offering plenty of privacy. We were especially impressed by the amazing sea view, which can be enjoyed from the upper house area. The location is great – just a few minutes’ walk to the sea. Overall, a very fair price for such a high-quality accommodation. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this villa!

Fajny dom z ogrodem w spokojnej okolicy. Od morza dzieliło nas może 100m. Wygodny dojazd szeroką drogą (nie trzeba było się przeciskać wąskimi uliczkami). Spory ogród, troszkę wysuszony, ale uroczy, do tego wielki murowany grill z kominem, prysznic w ogrodzie i parę grządek z pomidorami. Wnętrza wykończone kamieniem i płytkami, meble nowe, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, ogromny salon z kuchnią i jadalnią, połączony z ogrodem 3-metrowymi składanymi harmonijkowo drzwiami balkonowymi. Sporo sprzętu -bardzo bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, 2 pralki, suszarka, lodówka chłodziarka, maszynka do lodu, a nawet mały odkurzacz na baterie w kuchni. Podsumowując, widać spory wysiłek włożony w uczynienie tego miejsca wygodnym, przyjemnym i relaksującym.

Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich. Lage gut, das Haus ist sehr einfach gehalten, aber wieviel Zeit verbringt man im Sommer im Zimmer? Betten angenehm, Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und ist im Vorraum installiert, wodurch die Schlafzimmer nicht zu kalt sind. Gemeinschaftsküche einfach aber ausreichend, das Highlight ist die mit Wein abgedeckte Pergola vorm Haus. Es sollten aber beide Wohneinheiten von befreundeten Familien bewohnt werden wegen Küche.

Eine superschöne Wohnung, mit nagelneu renovierten Luxusbad, das noch gar nicht auf den Bilder zu sehen war. Zum Strand (Steinplatte) sind es von der Wohnungstür maximal 20m. Er ist zwar steinig aber es gibt auch 20 weitere Meter entfernt einen super Einsieg und sogar noch eine Dusche. Es schwimmen hier hauptsächlich Anwohner und Hausgäste, so das nicht so viel los ist. Wer ein Getränk möchte kann zur anderen Seite schwimmen und sich da versorgen. Ein kleinstsupermarkt ist 100m entfernt. Marijana ist super freundlich und absolut professionell und sorgt dafür das es einem vor Ort gut geht.

Uns hat die Unterkunft außerordentlich gut gefallen. Es sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, man kann Restaurants und Meer gut erreichen. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und konnten den Urlaub sehr genießen.

We had such an amazing stay, the Villa and the view are even more incredible in person than on the pictures. You are literally steps away from the sea and so many great restaurants are just minutes away. Borjan and his family were so sweet and welcoming, we felt right at home. They helped us with whatever we needed, and gave us great local recommendations! We would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben tolle Tage in dem schönen Apartment verbracht! Alles äusserst sauber und die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Schöner Blick und man hat seine Ruhe, sofern man das möchte ;-). Petar ist sehr gut erreichbar und reagiert sofort, sobald man ein Problem hat oder etwas benötigt. Ein klasse Gastgeber! Der Ort ist sehr nett und fussläufig oder auch mit dem Rad ist alles super erreichbar. Gute Lokale, gutes Essen usw. Rundum also absolut empfehlenswert!

Lejligheden var lys og indbydende med en dejlig stor altan med fantastisk udsigt over vandet. Dejlig pool, have og grillområde fælles med de øvrige lejere i huset. Tamara er en fantastisk vært - meget hjælpsom og imødekommende. Vi havde behov for et lægebesøg med vores datter og Tamara undersøgte mulighederne og fik os til en konsultation hos hendes egen læge. Helt igennem fantastisk service og hjælp. Kan kun anbefale Tamara, lejligheden og beliggenheden til en rolig familieferie.

AMAZING! This is by far the best value for money accommodation. Lots of space, pictures don't do it justice. We are family of 6 and all loved it. Estera is just a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The place is squicky clean, with plenty of towels, hot water and so well equipped that you might as well just move it and live there. There's a full bathroom and additional separate toilet, bedrooms with AC, and lovely and large dining area. The beach is literally 3 min walks, and there is even beach parasols in Estera's place to take with you. The village is small and peaceful, with beautiful surroundings and shops just 5min away. We didn't have a car and were able to easily get anywhere we wanted. The ferry from Zadar is cheap and quick. I highly recommend it and cannot thank Estera enough for her great hospitality. Estera was great with lots of helpful tips, kind words and even some treated us to some delicious homemade cakes.
