Our house has two separate modern apartments, each with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and good sea view. It´s apartment on the 1st floor A2+2 with 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony with excellent sea view. One bedroom has double bed and another has 2 separate beds. Apartment is good equipped, TV, SAT, Wi-Fi internet, air-condition, microwave, coffee maker, towels, bed sheets. In the garden there is barbecue and table with chairs in the shadow of the big tree. In the back of the house is parking place for 2 cars. Our house is only 120 m from the sea. Restaurants and shops are 500 m from the house, public transit 100 m, doctor and pharmacy 3 km, Zadar 10 km, Zadar airport 20 km.

Fully equipped studio apartment with a bathroom and an open-plan dining area along with a kitchen and nice terace with natural shadow under olive tree,sea and mountain view.Located on the island Ugljan,in a small village Poljana. Ferry rides every hour from Zadar to Preko - 25min ride. 300m to the first beaches,grocery shop and restaurants. In the area of our house there are a lot of places to relax, to make grill...Guests can use the POOL (shared with other guests),a billard table, sandboxes...
