My lifelong dream is to live by the sea with a small studio and rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house opens its windows outwards onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cosy sleeping loft makes the house special, and the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

The detached vacation home is located in a park in the dunes, right on the North Sea. The large garden is located on a small lake and invites you to grill at the large outdoor barbecue. The house is painted in shades of gray and white and is decorated with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it is totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

This has recently been completely renovated and matches all modern requirements. The beach is 2 kilometers away and is 7 minutes by bike. You can use a covered and lockable bicycle shed, where bicycles can also be charged. We also have 2 bicycles available.
