Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with a wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 metres from the beach access point! My lifelong dream is to live by the sea with a small studio and rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house opens its windows outwards onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cosy sleeping loft makes the house special, and the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

If you want to be close to the beach, you have come to the right place! We live only 10 minutes by bike from the cleanest beach in the Netherlands. We are also close to the famous seaside resorts of Domburg and Zoutelande. You can enjoy cycling on the island of Walcheren on our rental bikes. Spacious apartment (65m2, 1st floor) in the center of Oostkapelle overlooking church and village square (Dorpsstraat 12A. Oostkapelle). Restaurants, shops and supermarket are within walking distance. Sunny balcony at the rear and sunny garden terrace on the ground floor. Parking next to the house. Guests can use our beach house on Berkenbosch beach (May 1 - Sept. 15). In July and August, bookings can only be made on a weekly basis (Sat-Sat).

Cozy holiday home in Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

On the edge of the picturesque village of Aagtekerke and only 2 kilometers away from Domburg, you can enjoy the wide view in our beautiful guest house in peace. This has recently been completely renovated and matches all modern requirements. The beach is 2 kilometers away and is 7 minutes by bike. You can use a covered and lockable bicycle shed, where bicycles can also be charged. We also have 2 bicycles available.
