A wonderful house with a cozy living room and kitchen. The modern bathroom and spacious garden make the stay even more comfortable. Free parking in front of the door and a playground and the center within walking distance. Roel is friendly and we could even check in 2 hours earlier than expected! Recommended!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The house radiates a special warmth and attention to detail – you can immediately see how much passion Trudy and Dirk have put into it. Everything was not only sparkling clean, but also tastefully and comfortably furnished. The combination of historic flair and modern comfort is perfect. The location in the quiet, charming village of Asperen is ideal for relaxing – at the same time, you can quickly reach cities such as Utrecht or Rotterdam by car. The small garden was also particularly beautiful, where we could spend many relaxing hours. Trudy and Dirk were incredibly warm, helpful and attentive – we felt completely welcome. A place to come back to! Thank you for this lovely accommodation!

We were warmly welcomed on arrival, the communication was fine. We greatly enjoyed the wonderfully clean and cozy cottage in which everything we needed was. Very nice, we could grab as much tea, and towels as we needed. The surroundings are beautiful for hiking and cycling. We look back on a lovely week and we hope to return one day.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Orangerie of Eveline. The accommodation is above expectations spacious and complete but also nicely decorated. The view of the horse meadow is beautiful and from the B&B you can walk directly into the woods. Many alternative hiking trails are relatively close. Eveline's two sweet dogs were a gift. Occasionally they stopped by for a cuddle or a play moment with our dog. We will definitely come back.

Probably the cosiest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Arthur & Ellis place is very very cozy, clean and spacious. The place has everything we needed (even things we didn’t know we needed :) ) and it has a very nice atmosphere. Arthur and Elli were very nice, helpful, welcoming and kind. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful location and well located if you want to visit different places in Limburg. Wendy is a very friendly and responsive host. You will receive a quick answer to all your questions. The apartment is tastefully decorated, kitchen and bathroom contain everything you need. The beautiful garden is also a plus. In warm weather, there is always a place in the shade and you have the company of the lovely dog Mila and the deer in the backyard.

Mirjam and her husband are extremely kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment is incredibly charming. Guests have access to the garden throughout their stay. You can pet the horses, chickens, and a cat. There is a magnificent (vegetarian) breakfast with many homemade products, including jam made from fruit from their own garden. Questions are answered very quickly. We had a great stay and can recommend the accommodation without exception.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. We stayed with Monica after attending a wedding in the nearby area. Monica is responsive and flexible to her visitors. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Too bad we couldn't enjoy this nice place a little longer!

We spend a weekend in Robert's place. It was very peaceful and beautiful in the middle of an awesome location for hiking and biking. They provided everything we needed for our stay. We will gladly book this place next time we are in the area.

Lucienne welcomed us very kindly. We lacked nothing in the accommodation, especially not beautiful toys for our youngest fellow travelers, who were also very happy about the two cuddly toys in the cot. We had a nice stay and only regret that the weather was not good enough for a longer stay in the beautiful garden.

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.

I was looking for a place for my friend where we could have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything within walking or cycling distance. We'd love to come back again 😍

The very best was the private garden (for our sole use), Conny's chickens, breakfast in the garden, the fire bowl and Conny's friendly care. When we told her that it was very expensive in the restaurant, she served us a menu in the garden, delicious! We couldn't have wished for it to be more beautiful and better.
