Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oost-, West- en Middelbeers

Stans place was fantastic, the house is lovely and has everything that you need. Stan was very friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. The area is peaceful, clean and safe. The bus stop to Eindhoven is at the end of the road and there is a supermarket 10 minutes walk away. We would definitely recommend Stan’s place and would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay for a get away from all holiday

The cottage was sparkling clean & very comfortable . Nice bed and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is also beautiful with a wonderful shower. Petra sent a video in which she clearly explains everything you need to know. She answers questions almost immediately. Because I didn't have to be at a wedding until 3:00 pm, I was allowed to stay a little longer and we also had a chat. In short, this nice place is highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Airbnb. Patricia was super friendly and even had all kinds of fun toys ready for our 1.5 year old daughter. Very sweet! The Airbnb itself was very cozy and nice. Definitely recommended! The chickens that roam by complete the whole :)

Nice communication, stay was neat, spacious and everything was available. The surroundings were very quiet. In short, everything was available to relax and enjoy the surroundings!

We had a nice short vacation in Gwen's cottage with our dog and cat. Super location to visit Efteling. It all looked like the photos. Everything is tastefully decorated but not overloaded. The kitchen is a bit outdated, but fits the style of the house. All the necessary appliances are available, we still had to buy a few basics such as oil and baking paper. The oven is a little zicky, but it's enough to bake rolls or pizza if you have some patience. The 😉 shortcoming for me was that you can't ventilate downstairs (except by opening the front door). Upstairs is nicely renovated and bright. The large bedroom even has air conditioning. The bathroom can be seen in one place or another (shower wall, silicon grout), but everything was cleaned in the best possible way. You have to be careful with the steep stairs. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward and flexible thanks to the key box. Gwen was always reachable and friendly.

Peter & Ingrid were excellent hosts. The accommodation was perfect for what I needed. I would hopefully stay again next year.

Nice sheltered garden, jacuzzi with clean water, good bed. Lots of birds in the area! There is a canoe that you can use on the lake. Enough towels available. Good coffee and tea, also not unimportant ! We have enjoyed the tranquility. We were also able to work remotely here (good internet). Definitely worth repeating. See you soon!

The spacious apartment is in the middle of the city center, which was incredibly convenient for us. The host had good tips on where to park, he had described everything clearly and responded quickly if we had any questions.

Enormously enjoyed our stay in the Knolletje together with our dog Joep. The cottage is cozily furnished and equipped with every comfort. Het Knolletje is in a quiet part of the grounds, very nice. You'll walk right into the woods. There is also plenty to do in the area: hiking through the Maasduinen and a tour of the Hertog Jan brewery are recommended. Very much enjoyed the nature, the hammock and the cottage itself!

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the yard. Thank you very much again for the wonderful stay!! Dr. Gerlinde and Heinz Schulte-Brochterbeck

We felt very comfortable with Michaela & Holger. Starting with the preliminary information on the directions and apartment details, to the nice welcome and handover of the apartment. The apartment was well equipped with many details that go beyond what is in the description. So, if you want to visit the westernmost tip of Germany, we can highly recommend this accommodation.

Great stay, especially for longer stays.... Very friendly and welcoming hosts... The place has all the amenities to feel right at home and then some, the true gem is the backyard porch!!

Truly a family home. Boris runs a beautiful BnB and lives on the top floor. Great living room, good kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and well equipped bathroom. It has it all, and just in case you would miss anything, Boris will get it for you! All packed in a great architectural house, beautiful and tasteful interior. You’ll enjoy this classic Dutch villa. Free parking! Location is perfect. Inner city walkable, great restaurants nearby. Truly recommend this.

Had a great stay, wonderfully relaxed in this beautiful area! The weather was perfect and made good use of the pool. When it got a little fresher, the jacuzzi came in handy. Huge luxury!

We had a great time. We loved the place, everything was perfect as in the photos. The cottage is cozy, comfortable and good location. We really enjoyed the amenities like sauna and bikes. The hosts are very kind and communication was easy and efficient.

The villa looks even more impressive than in the photos. There was enough space for our large group. Our dogs were also very pleased with the huge garden. Patrick was easily accessible and always responded quickly.

We (8 girls) had a wonderful weekend. The accommodation is furnished with great attention to detail and is very quiet. We felt right at home. Peter is a great host who is very eager to give his guests a great weekend. The accommodation is very clean, and well equipped, we lacked nothing. We definitely weren't there last time in Horn.

It is a nice house in the middle of the woods with nature around you. The villa is just as it is described. Communication with Ralph was smooth and easy. The place is big enough for 6 guests. The two work stations overlooking the garden is an absolute plus. You have everything here that you need for a relaxing holiday. The only minus was that the water of the jacuzzi was filthy (the water was green) and some kind of liquid is constantly dripping from the tree above it. Otherwise the place is great. Easily accessible. Highly equipped. With really high-end electronic devices everywhere (yes, several of them do not actually work as mentioned in some previous reviews but it was not an issue for us). Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. A large garden. And birds singing around you the whole day.
